Four European POGOs - Bwin, Sportingbet, Unibet and 888 - have won a lawsuit against French casinos.
Several of France's largest casino operators filed a lawsuit in February accusing POGOs of offering casino games such as slot machines, blackjack and roulette to French users.
Casino operators believe POGOs are offering these games in violation of France's current gambling laws, as well as France's upcoming POGO Regulation Act.
The casino asked the four POGOs not to receive French gaming licenses for two years, paid a nominal 1 euro and published the court's verdict in major newspapers.
The court recently made a decision not to accept the casino operator's application for litigation.
